Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of eazyteach.com and the EazyTeach platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using EazyTeach on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

EazyTeach provides tools for creating and managing educational content: document upload and AI-assisted question extraction, question banks, worksheet and paper generation, classroom management, and homework assignment with automated marking. We may improve, add, or retire features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Student accounts are intended to be used in connection with a class run by a teacher, and where the student is a minor, with the involvement of the school, teacher, or a parent/guardian.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create — documents, questions, papers, and submissions. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service (including AI processing you request). You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload: do not upload content that infringes copyright, including commercially published materials you are not licensed to reproduce.

4. AI-generated output

Extracted questions, generated answers, and automated marks are produced by AI models and may contain errors. They are provided as a starting point for professional judgement, not a replacement for it. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for teaching or assessment decisions.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans and AI credit top-ups are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • AI features consume credits as described in the product; credits included with a plan reset per billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any law, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems, or to probe or disrupt the service.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content outside your own teaching context without our written permission.
  • Use the platform to harass others or to submit another person's work as your own.

7. Advertising

Free-tier use of the platform may include third-party advertising served by Google AdSense. Our Privacy Policy describes the cookies involved and how to opt out of personalised ads.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify these terms; for material changes we will give notice by email or in-product message, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we will delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Who you are contracting with

EazyTeach is operated by Cardiff Private Limited (楷迪有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong on 22 July 2026 (Certificate of Incorporation No. 80882496, Business Registration No. 80882496-000-07-26-9), with its registered office at Flat 6E01, 6/F., Mai Gar Industrial Building, No. 146 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Subscriptions to EazyTeach are contracted with this company.
